Walk through and damage Report. Take Pictures if needed.
remove all the linens and towels.
Throw towels and linens in wash
Start Cleaning the property.
Put Clean Sheets out after the rooms has been disinfected cleaned vacuumed and or swept
As laundry comes out it is folded and stored back in the closets.
Final walkthrough of the property to ensure everything is in order or if there's any special request that it gets completed. This also includes checking that all lights are working, all supplies are restocked, and the property is ready for the next guest.
For any laundry that's not completed, we take with us. The weight of the load will factor the fee.
